Everyone loves the SATV arms. The only reason anyone uses anything else is because they want a different ride height like the arms with built in lift.

I have them on the front of my 1000-3. Other than the bushings not taking grease, I've had no issues, yet.

You have a better shot of the a-arm tab ripping off the frame….. don’t ask me how I know.
This is a true...and a very good point. I'd also recommend the frame stiffener for all the Pio 1k's.

How does it fit with some of the skid plates out there?

How well does it fit with a SuperATV skid plate and Denali plow plate?
With our skid plate...you'd just remove the piece under the A-arm tabs. We make it separate to remove if you get the frame stiffener. Not sure with others. If they are one piece...its pretty easy to just cut that section off under the A-arm tabs where it would mount. The stiffener will also work like a skid plate right there.

🤣 🤣 🤣

True story. The SuperATV arms work. I like the steering geometry better than stock and the height is perfect for 30" tires. If you don't run steering stops you may crush your brake lines with stock lines and 2016-2021 tie rods. With 2022 tie rods the brake lines are fine.

I had 2000 hard miles on my front uppers when I noticed they were starting to bow under the shocks. I had this same problem with OEM arms (bent 2 uppers and 5 lowers). SuperATV sent me 2 arms and some stickers and the beatings continue.

I will note, my frame is gusseted on the upper a-arm and the lower tabs if you're not upgrading the other parts the SuperATV parts probably won't fail and likely won't fail first.

I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Good info on the brake line. I relocated mine so they wouldn't get pinched. Didn't cost anything except a little time

you mention that your frame is gusseted... any pics? and was it a kit or custom? very interested in strengthening mine as the frame tabs just ripped out of my last P1K in a minor hit to a stump
