Is this true? My 2019 purchased new from dealer has never activated.

Yes true shuts the machine down at 10 or so mph.

So you're saying the the machine doesn't hit the limiter at when the seatbelt is off? And you bought it new? Interesting. Normally, we install the seat belt override to get past that.

Is it possible that the drivers buckle with electric connector was installed in the middle and you keep it unused and buckled all the time ?
