P1000 shift lever

Shift lever gear indicator symbols not highlighted, does anyone have a fix other than paint. I painted mine white but the paint does not stick very well.

I used a white paint marker and it worked great.

I used a Silver color Sharpie. Works great, except doesn't glow in the dark

Silver Sharpie here as well, been holding strong for over a year.
