Should i buy a 16 1000 EPS or 17

what is the difference between a 16 1000 eps and a 17 or 18?

is buying a discounted 16 worth it??

Welcome to the club!
Imho I'd go late 17 or newer. It will have all the Honda updates already done from the factory. Any year this can be negotiated into the sale because 2/3 of the updates are free but I'd rather have the dealer not screw with it especially the updated clutch setup. There are a few other subtle changes as well such as a better receiver. If you ever decided on selling an '18 would be worth more as well.
I guess it would depend how much difference there is in price.
