I also bought the extended $1300 warranty when I got my 2018. Never used it 🤦‍♂️.

Apparently I can hide 💰. Never seen it again 🙄🤣🤣.

I specifically asked that, from what was told, if the part that breaks isn't fawked with its warranties, my dealer doesn't care about tires size, stated that portals they will deny anything suspension, trans or clutch, warranty is now 1650$

Stated that if there is water/ mud, big dirt in air Inlet its a no go

Got all of the center under chasis welded in and painted.
Josh did a fantastic job making all the pieces fit correctly and welded correctly.

I HAD TO LIGHTLY PUT OUT AT LEAST A DOZEN SMALL PAiNT FIRES!!!

Paint allways smokes badly on the back side of a weld, but this stuff burns crazy fast, and spirited. If you don't usually do fab like this,DONT EVEN TRY, BURN YOUR BUGGY LIKE A POOOPOO 18 BUD LUGHTS DEEP

Yes I got some over spray on it, use brake clean and wipe it off in the morning.

He made an extra gaurd for rear diff with holes cut out for service I thought was really nice.

Some is 1x1 tube, some 3/8 flat, some 3/16, all us sitting flush as possible to flat skid mount surface.


Now on too slider protection and extra 3rd kicker support in rear, I think it should have , definitely see me bending that.

Well cookies, my ROAM storage box I orderd was a month out, need a solution for in bed storage something around 50 wide, 20 deep, whatever tall.

Pass side preped and ready for slider install, gas tank shielded with leather, plastics with aluminum dusting tape, water on standby, I know it's going to catch fire on the paint.

And I didn't think about tractor supply I finally.found something on Amazon.

S10 Truck toolbox mounts perfect in the back.

Passenger side on, 38 inch , 1.25 .250 wall angle iron 38 inches.

Stitch welded so it will breathe, corners rounded to not grab rocks.
