P1000 Snowmobile Eng. Question

Wow, trying to get flywheel nut off. Engine is out so leverage is a bit of a problem,
But really the problem is cw or ccw to remove the nut?
Any help ?

Way out of my league, but have you tried an impact tool?

No, I've been trying with a breaker bar, But I'm concerned about thread L or R.

If you can see the end of the shaft, even if the nut is flush, careful inspection will usually show L or R.

Left handed nuts usually have indicator marks indented on all six faces of the hex. If no markings, it's probably normal ( right handed ) threads which means turn left to unscrew.

There Lefty loosy!
also use a bar or heavy duty
Screw-I-Driver (one of my apprentice's name for screwdriver dam kids)
and wedge it in the clutch for leverage when u remove it. An impact driver works best tho. You will also need a flywheel/harmonic balancer puller to remover the flywheel after that.
my 2 XLT tripples have the same flywheel.

Got it!. It was standard thread.
It was hard to read, threads and nut were flush. so i took a bolt and a nut and put nut on flush and was able to figure it out.
