P500 Soft roof

Anyone running the soft top? If so how is it. Can you trailer it okay? Does it have the flap factor?

Its not recommended. But I have done it on my 700-4.
I would not trailer too far and stay no more then 45-50 tops.
What I do is un-hook one side an roll it up on the other wrapping it with bungee cords.

How do you like the top?? I am thinking about getting one but I was wondering how tough it its. Will it rip easy on the trails?

If you have not seen it Moose has a fairly cheap hard roof (I have one and it works great and is a LOT cheaper than the Honda one) if you are interested

I like it. I really only use it if "girls" go or its raining. I have a temporary windshield too. I'm not going to lie. I have been very tough on it. Yes it has rips where it's scored a few trees trying to squeeze down a ATV trail. If I had the 500, I would be all over that moose roof.

Well went ahead and ordered the soft roof...seems thick and durable and was super easy to install. So far I am very happy with my purchase

Looks Sharp! I've always been leery o big ole sticks and limbs ripping one if I got it. But that's because of where n how I drive on the trails.

Go to Honda powersports website and click accessories.find the 500 soft roof. And it says download installation instructions. It's a PDF I think
