Hi everyone,

Took my son out to play in the snow on the P5. After repeated thawing and freezing the snow was hard enough to support my weight, so I figured the P5 may be able to ride on top of it. So we tried climbing the snow hill created by the plow this winter. Success!

Backed up and nearly flipped it over, didn't see that hole!

Once free I got the bright idea to take it down one of my trails. About 500 feet into the woods she sank in and high centered.

Wouldn't go anywhere and incapable of rocking we walked back to the house and got my wife to come help. This was the first real test of the Terra 35 winch.

Here are a few videos of winching out and getting back to the driveway:

Been there a few times in the past couple weeks while I was by myself. My wern 2500lb worked great. A tree strap and d-ring and just sat in the machine and toggled the switch as I went in L. Eventually got it home every time. Only once did I have to break out the emergency shovel cause there was nothing to winch off.
Recommend putting the under hood storage in that P5. Holds all you will need for next time you get stuck.

When you get better and bigger tires you will make it through all that you got stuck in.

ha ha ha, I did the same thing the first day I brought my 700-4 home..........accept I didn't have a winch. I had to go find my come-a-long, strap, and a few chains to get out. any way looks like your son still had fun.
