Surf Rod and cooler rack for front bumper on Pioneer?

Looking for suggestions or recommendations for a surf rod rack for my Pioneer??? I surf fish the OBX Northern beaches and want to mount one on my Pioneer this spring. I know there are a number of "Hitch Receiver" racks out there for the back, but would prefer a rack on the front bumper. Interested in your "Pioneer surf fishing setups"....thanks!!!!

Seen someone made a custom front 2 inch hitch. I will hunt it up later tonight.
Some of these winch mounts drop down enough it would be easy to weld one on.

here is link to one for jeep I like. If you need to keep the cash in your pocket, this can be made from PVC schedule40 cheaply and painted to look real nice. It is bumper mount.

I like where your head is at on this one. when you find out what works let me know! i grew up in Rodanthe so i can see the use for this.

I want this basket rack. I emailed strongmade awhile back and asked for a finished photo but they still haven't put one up. But they did say it looks just like the one for the rinho. Here's a link for it. I seen one a guy made one by clamping a hitch on his front bumper. He bought a rack and just put it in the receiver on the front bumper. Will try and find it. Top cross bar of bumper. He used U bolts.

that would work just fine! then you could use any old Receiver system found at the fishing pier or at K-mart or where ever.

I wonder if you could get longer bolts and flip the receiver over and bolt it to the winch ? Looks like there is room.
