Is anyone running 30’s on a 2020 1000 4?Wanting to replace the factory wheels and tires with 30’s. What is the best option with a 15” wheel? What would the offset need to be in order to keep factory track?

15x7 wheels in a 6+1 offset. Maxxis Carnivores for great all around trail tire 30x10x15. If you will be on road alot get Tusk Terrabites

First off, don't rely on the X+Y type offset, they are not accurate and different between manufacturers. I have a 2019 R but the idea is the same as far as offsets.

Fronts will need to be 50 mm or 45 mm offsets. These are commonly known as 6+1 and 5.5+1.5 but they are really not. With 10" tires you will be about 1.5" to 1.75"" wider up front.

Rear you have a couple options...
If you want to be exactly the same width as the front, use the same wheel and 1.5" spacers. This has the advantage of being able to rotate without dismounting the tires.

If you prefer not to use spacers, there are a couple flavors of 4+3 wheels.
0 mm offset (really a 3.5+3.5) in the rear will make you slightly wider in the rear.
15 mm offset (a true 4+3) in the rear will make you slightly narrower in the rear.

I personally do not like spacers that bolt on, especially when they are 1.5". Riding buddy has trashed his rear bearings with 1.5" spacers in just under 500 miles. Dealer will not warranty so be careful if you decide to run spacers. Also, I would need to remove my spacers when running my paddles and I didn't want to do that because spacers should be installed with thread locker and that would be a pain.

I am OK with thin spacers that sandwich between the wheel and hub so this is my combination that makes the front and rear exactly the same (1.75" wider than stock).

Tusk Terrabite Kevlar 30-10-15 on System 3 Bronze SB-4 Beadlocks. 45mm front offset and 15mm rear offset. 12mm billet spacers in the rear with 12mm longer studs...

for the record, as far as I know the Carnivores only come in 29.5x9.5x 15 and then 31x10x15 (on new Kawasaki, but don't knwo where to buy). They do come in 30" x 10" x14" but the 14" wheels catch rocks and scare inside wheels

I run 14's with my paddles and they are fine in sand but they are so close I would not even try them in dirt/rock. I have seen 2 other Talons mostly trail driven with scars on inside of 14" wheels.

From personal experience, Maxxis tires tend to run big and according to the Maxxis website, Carnivores run big. 29" is 29.7" They are actually closer to 30" than some other brands that claim 30".

I know what you are saying about teh Carnivores, but the set I had in 29.5 x 9.5 x 15 look punney setting next to the 30" x 10 x 14. not sure if can get the 31" that are on e the Kawasaki except at the dealer for big $

Agreed, some tires just look small. My 30X10X15 Terrabites absolutely dwarfed the stock tires and they are only 2" bigger. My machine looks completely different with them on. Wished I could run 32's but I am mostly between 5K and 10K feet and the 30's rob enough power as it is. 30's are perfect for my scenario and 28's at the dunes work well too. Nothing bigger than that for me unless I get a Turbo.

I know, I have the Tusk 32" and also ITP 31". Both hurt the "snap" of the unit. IT pulls them both and nice to have the clearance but will probably try to go back to 30" after gets some miles out of them.
