So I just picked up my new 2016 1000-5 Deluxe this past Friday. I wanted the Metallic silver and they had one left last weekend. I finally got the okay from the boss (wife) and called this past Tuesday but the silver was sold. They had a red and silver body panels but i loved the black rims so they took the black rims off a camo on the lot and the deal was done. Now they are waiting on one piece of silver metallic panel so right now it's red with black wheels, when the panel comes in they will install or I can do it. The dealership said it's just bolts and not too difficult. Anyway I paid $13,999 for the vehicle then I added hardtop and 4 year extended warranty. OTD I believe was 16,900 with tax, fees, hardtop and metallic silver panels as well as warranty. Tax here is 9.75%. All in all I'm very pleased! I have a little over 12 acres and inherited a John Deere 6x4 Gator with the property that is old and rusted but runs... kinda (gotta jump start the battery every time). Anyway this is a pleasure to ride around the property!

thats a good deal. Im seeing 16,950 for the best quoted price. That comes with $500 honda accessory credit but only 1 year warranty. tax here is 7.25%

If anyone is still interested. There is a local dealer in New Orleans that has a 2016 New White P1000-5 Deluxe with mesh bug windshield and hard top OTD for $16,300. Halls Motorsport in Kenner, LA.

I just picked up mine p-5 1000. It has the full front hard cab with heater, windshield wiper, soft side rear seat enclosure, and Honda led light bar. Had a service at 150 miles. It has 175 miles. It was used with no guarantee's, but got for $17,000. Craigslist

shopping around while still trying to sell my 700-4 ive found a CA model 1000-5D for about $15,000 otd in WV and a 1000-5D in TN for a little over 14k (no tax on that though). I really want the silver but im looking at about 17k otd for one of those locally.

people actually get these things dirty? I keep mine in my shed and rub SC1 on it every night. will have to change that with the 1000-5 i guess

May be just an ugly rumor but I did think that I once heard about a little bit of mud being thrown.

Got mine for $17 OTD with roof and flip out windshield. I know there are better deals, but would have had to drive about 6 hours and just dont know when id have that time. So instead I only had to drive 15 mins. So i feel good about supporting my local dealer...

My parents have a tree farm and have been trying to get them to get a tax ID buy they don't feel the need

You don't have to have one.. they use your license number and then you file when you do your taxes. It all depends on what equipment you're buying.

I bought my 16 1000 5 deluxe with 4 yr extended warranty soft top and two piece windshield with tax out the Door for 17,476.99 3.75% sales tax. I was even Able to score a second set of used black ITP wheels with street tires for $250 I plan to use this to pull my 67 C10 Drag Truck As well as trail ride!
