Just picked up my 1000-5 Deluxe/white. $14999.00, $75 doc, $15 title, 6.5% Ohio sales tax no freight, no prep, $510 for the 4 year Honda warranty.

I sent Honda of Prestonsburg an email. This is their response:

If a unit is financed, we do collect tax, depending on the state and the county you live, it can be different. Rates are (depending on credit) 2.99 % for 3 year and 4.99 % 4-6 years

The only fee above the sales tax is a $ 139.99 Doc fee

Units are for pick up, We do not have a shipping service

I just got off the phone with them. I told them I am looking at paying cash and they said they collect tax based on where you live. Still a great price. I was quoted about $15,200 based on WV sales tax. That's significantly cheaper than any of my local dealers.

Picked up a white deluxe today (8/26/16) in Kentucky. Paid $15199.93 OTD for just the machine and they threw in the supplies for the first oil change for free. Also got 20% off a roof for it.

I had a great experience with Honda of Prestonsburg. I was in and out in less than an hour. They sell nearly 100 P1K units per month so I am assuming that has something to do with the low prices.

First, this is a awesome forum and I have learned a lot from reading many of your posts. I am negotiating for my first SxS, and it will be a Honda. The dealer in Kentucky doesn't play. Their prices are the best I have found; so, I hope my local dealer will match. If not.....then I am driving to Kentucky.

Southern Powersports came thru with flying colors. Pioneer 1000-3 in camo will be picked up this Saturday. No joke.....I bet they have 150 in stock. Not kidding. Sxs's with all sorts of accessories already installed. Really good to see everything since I am a complete Honda Pioneer newbie. Cant wait to get it in the woods.
