Memorial Day weekend...the start of summer, time to open up the pool, the first camping trip of the season, a time for Memorial Day sales?????
A time to remember the those who gave all and are no longer with us so we can enjoy our freedom. Those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and lost their lives so we can get to do the things we want to do in this great country of ours. Those that we never knew most & never got the chance to thank. Those who mostly were kids or young adults forced to prematurely grow up. Those that left only memories for their parents, family & friends.
So when we are all at that Memorial Day BBQ or riding our favorite trail or watching that parade, let's never forget THOSE WHO GAVE ALL.
