Ok just got the ThrottleMaxx delivered. Slips right on P500, P700, and one P1K. Only mod to fit P1K is right side bolto hole is eclipsed 1/8" by pedal. Using a chainsaw file make very small notch bolts right on.

Currently have my P1K apart insulatingredients seat the right way. Will post ride reviewso tomorrow. It appears to work very slick. Glad I got them.

Here it is on P1K before bolting on.

So it appears that the bottom part is just resting on the floor?? And then it looks as though you can keep your heel more comfortably on the floor and your toes hit about at the hinge/pivet point, is that correct?

Yes, as the pedal is depressed the hinge pivots and the rear piece resting on floor drags forward a few inches. Reminds me of a HST tractor or forklift pedal except you just cannot heel backwards for reverse. It is much more comfortable from initial testing.

Great news, I'm on it. I think you should have bought stock in the company prior to posting this thread, lol.

I installed the ThrottleMaxx for the P500 / P700 on my P1K. Turns out I didn't have to modify it at all just enough room to bolt right on.

Took it out for a 30 minute ride wished I had it on from day one. You can literally rest you heel against the back plastic wall and run it up to full throttle with ease. Need more control just slide your foot up 2 inches and you can finesse the throttle through the roughest sections by keeping your heel firmly planted.

Here it is on the P500.

I can definitely recommend this product.

This might sound like a silly question but with the ThrottleMaxx is your right leg back farther towards the seat or are you able to stretch it out farther? The reason I ask is my right leg only has 90 degree bend in it for the past 40 years because of farming accident, just had total knee replacement 3 weeks ago hoping to get more movement, but the farther out I can stretch it the better.

With the throttlemax u should be able to adjust your foot /leg in any configuration that's best for your leg.

You can position your foot just about any way you like. From the normal position, to all the way back, it seems to allow the driver considerable flexibility in accelerat or pedal control and ergonomic comfort.

Looks like a great product. A few weeks ago I was playing in the mud and got hung up because of the bouncing and my foot slipping off an already muddy pedal. This may be exactly what I need.:)

Thanks for your input,I need to have as much leg extension as possible,I like the idea as what the RZR's have, the pocket in the floor for your heel ,this gives you more leg extension,I've even thought about doing the same thing in the floor on mine or reworking the gas peddle to move it farther forward, the problem with the rzr is I have a hell of atime getting in and out of them, that is what I like so much about the 500 ,easy to enter and exit.

Jackal thanks for the link....Do you happen to know when they will be available for the Pioneer 1000, I dont see it listed on their website. Possibly they all share a similar pedal design?
This will fit right on P1K as well as the P500 &P700 without modification and works great.

Update, wife and I went for a 40 miles 5 hour ride at Royal Blue and I hit some of the rougher trails. The ThrottleMaxx worked as expected not once did my foot slip off trying to feather the gas over big rocks. I was also able to change foot position considerably for what ever felt comfortable given the situation.

Note it is possible if the footwell isn't kept clear a stick or other derbis could possibly catch the back of the attachment possibly having unexpected results. That didn't happen to me just wanted to stress the importance of keeping the footwell clear of foreign objects.

Thanks for the update on the Throttle Maxx Jackal. Mine is being delivered tomorrow and it's good to know it works before I get it since I am the type of person that always says "I gotta have that."

I got my Throttle Maxx yesterday but be sure to set some time aside to install....it takes about 2 minutes. Haven't driven it yet but you can immediately feel the difference which to me feels good.
