Just finished with a lift, new tires, and wheels. I went with P1k front shocks on the front and spring spacers on the rear for the lift. Between lift and tires I gained 3" of total lift. The tires are SunF 27" x 9" x 12" fronts and 11" on back. The wheels are 12" x 7" SS 5 + 2! Next thing on my to do list is a inferno heater.

Nice ride! I’ve been looking at those tires too. Are they true to size? I’m looking for a true 27” to put on my 700

Does it feel (more) top heavy with the lift and tires?
Many of my woods trails are off camber.

Any tips on door install? That's my next upgrade.
Btw, the backup light "do it yourself" plug harness worked great. I added a LED backup light from tractor supply to the hard panel in 30 mins. Nice upgrade for cheap using the $29 Led Work light. I added it to the flat spot on the hard panel, below the roofline.
It comes with tilt type bracket so I angled it down so it doubles as a bed light.

The light isn't pictured but you get the idea.

They supply a template to cut out the plastic and mine nor a friends need cut out. The screw you remove from fender to slide plastic tab in plastic is a b**** to get back in. If you look under fender well there is a small hole you can get you hand to hold up on fender which helps replacing the bolt. The other hard part is putting bolt through soft door frame and getting it lined up with bolt you installed in hard doors. So I drilled frame out bigger

I have not drove it enough to tell. Only thing I have noticed so far is it's rougher riding. Thanks for heads up on back up light

Spacers will give it more stability, when I had my 700-4 I did the Pioneer 1000 front shocks on all four corners with spacers and it rode a lot better,

Front tires are 26.5" and rears 27.5"! No wonder it raised rear so much more than front.

Installed the inferno heater tonight took about 3 hours. Definitely needs some improvements in the defrost/switch plate area. There's a bracket right under that area that makes connecting hose and wiring very difficult. The rest of it was very simple. It's about 25 degrees right now and in no way shape or form will it heat up the cab. I covered the radiator almost half and that did help. So guessing when it's below 30 and cloudy/dark I'll need to cover little more than half. It does blow out warm and my temp gauge after covering radiator stayed on 2 bars. Bounced 1-2 without covering. This was cruising around from 10-20 mph.

Thank You for your write up.
I'm looking at a 1000 that will have a Honda hard cab. We want to use it year round and this info about a heater is great. I thought the heaters worked better.

It does blow out very warm air and pretty hard. I believe if I seal up a few of the bigger leaks and cover just a tad more radiator it will work great.

Makes sense. I'm hoping the hard cover is sealed more. Honda doors, roof, windshield, hard mid panel.

I'll bet they do. Mine are oem soft doors and seal horrible. Mine is the 700! Trying to load a picture but it's failing. I'll try later.

Was out yesterday for about 4 hours riding. It was not real cold upper 40's, cloudy, and real windy. I sealed up the big gap in hard doors and stuffed a rag around shifters. Sealing the door jams made a world of difference. We stayed nice and warm with fan on low the whole time. The emergency brake needs something done with it.
