What would your suggestion be ?

I run 10 psi, but almost all trails? 10 x 30 x 14 though.

We drive a lot of hard packed and pavement in the Black Hills where we mostly ride. So 15 works pretty good for those conditions

What would your suggestion be ?

I had to go do some research the ITP TERAHOOKS are 8 ply and DOT compliant at 18 psi. I like 10 psi for all around riding, grips great on the trails and I hit some pretty good sized objects at a moderate speed, no flats. Got over 3,000 miles on them, I'll buy them again. Not a mud tire.
