LOL. I lost track of the number of dollars I spent @ the car wash that night and the next morning, as well as the amount of time I spent with my power washer after getting back home after TO23. Suffice it to say, it's pretty damn clean ... but ready for the next episode of too many Twisted Teas + a mud hole.

The built-in rock sliders/boat sides is one of the reasons I went with Trail Armor.

I am looking for UHMW Rock Sliders for a 2020 Talon 1000X-4 Fox Live. About all I can find is the following:

UTV Direct - Rock Sliders

Anyone have any experience or opinion on these? Concerns are:

1. They come in 3/8" and 1/2". Any idea why I wouldn't want 1/2"?

2. I am concerned about being able to install them over the top of the stock skid plate. Any thoughts there?

This group is great. Any options and/or opinions are welcome and appreciated.

Purchased and installed them. Tried them out in Moab on Fins & Things, Poison Spider, Golden Spike, Where Eagles Dare, and Dome Plateau. Definitely did some rock sliding on Poison Spider. Love that UHMW material. The purchase was definitely the right one for me.
