2000 miles on my '21 P1K3 and it still takes 2 hands plus wife to move shift lever out of low gear most times. Wondering if there is a easy way to correct this? Going into low takes some effort but mostly it is unreal to pull it up out of low gear.

Sounds like you have a binding shift linkage cable. Follow it from the lever and make sure its not bound up someplace.

Just looked at that, not binding. But, just moved lever P to L back and forth with engine OFF and moves smooth as butter. Must be something else with clutches?
So it only does it when engines is running??

Have you gone through all the positions (NoMo) with engine off and no problem?

I've figured out with mine that it's easier to shift in and out of low while the machine is rolling slowly. Have you tried this?

I have not tried that. I only shift from position to position with foot firmly on the brake. That sounds a little risky to me. But thanks for the idea, I will consider that to try.

By slowly I mean 1 mph max. Just need to be barely rolling
I do this all the time in my Talon when shifting into Low Range because some units will grind before engaging the shift dogs. They're worse when cold, before the oil warms up.

OP - have you done a clutch relearn yet? Sounds like your clutches are dragging, hampering shifting when running.

I did quite awhile ago but didn't seem to help. This has been going on for a long time. I will try it again, it can't hurt.
I 'think' the Pioneer's shift cables are much more complicated than my Talon's single cable. I can't link you to the adjustment procedure but 'search' might turn something up for you.
