Not sure how spray foam performs over the long run so I used foam board with a radiant barrier from Lowes. The radiant barrier keeps the condensation way down almost none at all. And it was cheaper and easy to put up in a small shop.Been checking into spray foaming my shop, Holly crap it's expensive.
Making good progress!Well got one step needed to move forward on the makeover for my home shop. Built the shelves in our container, this willalow me to move a bunch of the boss's containers out of my shop.
1-1/2" square tubing and a few leftover elevator doors.

Oh hell my shop looks like 2 tornados went through it!!!! I have started moving s#i+ around. We will have plenty to do.Making good progress!
Better leave some projects for February.
Thanks Tram for giving me a reason exhibit my place. I’m pretty proud of it and a bit spoiled. I call the shop “my living room”. We built our shouse, barndominuim or whatever you want to call it 10 yrs ago after spending many years renovating an old farm house just to sell. Garage side started out as just bare studs and I’ve finished it over the years. Garage is 72w x 48 deep. I split 32x48 to insulate heat and left 40x48 cold storage. Also built a loft with a couple rooms and a balcony which I am still working on. Full bath and extra laundry as well. Short of kitchen sink, stove and microwave it has everything. I absolutely love it. No walking thru cold or rain to get to shop, warm cars in the morning. Can wash cars or work on whatever all winter. Great place to hang out with friends and family.
I’ll be waiting for standard TripleB response to follow.

Just going through re-reading the comments. @silverado94 , happen to have any photos and or a screen shot of the material you used? Not sure how spray foam performs over the long run so I used foam board with a radiant barrier from Lowes. I used this 1/2" poly pro foam board with a Radiant barrier. I got it at Lowes. Can't find it on there website but I did see it a while ago in my local store. Here's a link to a different store.https://sutherlands.com/products/item/3383114/poly-pro-4-foot-x-8-foot-x-12-inch-polypro-foilpoly-closed-cell-eps-insulation-board?origin=serp_autoJust going through re-reading the comments. @silverado94 , happen to have any photos and or a screen shot of the material you used?

I believe my building is made with the same R-panel that you have on your trailer. It says you have to have an air gap with the Radiant facing towards the outside of the building. I glued (liquid nails) little pieces of flat wood to the r-panel and glued the Poly board to that to create the air gap. My ceiling has about a 6" air gap as I put in a wood framework to screw them down to. I also taped the seems (not finished yet) to keep the air in the gap from "touching" the air inside the shop. Which is what keeps it from forming condensation in the shop.
