CreativeUTVgraphics.com rear tailgate decal. I went with white to match, thought about doing red, would have looked great with the white body and black tailgate as well. I did not have a decal roller but smoothed it out with a hair dryer and kept pressing on it. I just don't know if I did it well enough so it does not peel, or I may take it to a body shop and have them go over it with a roller and heat gun.

If you cleaned it with White Claw alcohol it will stick! HA! Naw If you cleaned the surface with alcohol and applied heat and rolled you are Gold!

I used windex, it was already clean from the car wash a few days prior so I just took off the little dust which may have been there. I dried it with a leaf blower so that was done well. Thanks for the vote of confidence, I hope it lasts as it does dress up that plastic tailgate very nicely! Cheers

I love mine and I am confident you will enjoy yours as well! It's one of the many things I believe should have been standard on the pioneers.
I'm getting my P1K5D (did I type that right?) on/after June 29th. Does a lift kit offer something more than additional height? I'm facinated with all the accessories on this thread.

The lift kit on the pioneers will change the shock angle. It makes the shocks slightly straighter which gives more height. This new angle changes the way the suspension feels and depending on who you ask they will tell you they like the way it rides or hate the way it rides. The angle basically loads the shocks differently and adds some pre load to them. Some people describe it as a stiffer ride while others appreciate the firmer shock engagement.

Who has mounted their chain saw on the 1000 and what mount?
Thanks
I used a Kolpin mount and modified it. Basically drilled some holes and added a bracket. I can still flip the seats up and dump the box. Actually got the idea from a previous post on this site.

Good as I've seen.
Looks like my new 171 would fit perfectly with your mount.
Can you leave the bar cover scabbard on?
Thanks!
It's too tight with bar cover. You could cut it and use a bungee to hold it on I guess. I've never had any issues other than it getting muddy. 1 cut and it's clean again.

Today, I tried my alignment skills with an online degree from Youtube.

I tied a kite string to the hitch and went all the way around going over each wheel center. Then loosened the tie rod jam nuts and made the adjustments to get the front tires even with the string. I went with dead on straight to try first. I drove it and felt how it went, coming back home to slightly adjust again. Then the steering wheel was off as while tracking straight I had to counter steer right a tad. I went back and adjusted both front wheels to the right exactly the same amount to center the steering wheel. Tested this out and its very good now.

I know the toe should be in a smidge, and I may do that next but for now I like straight on. I don't want to see my Bighorns wear out too early as most of my riding is on the streets of Anytown U.S.A.
