Check this video out. Its of a Big Red hauling 6 - 1000 pound hay bails. that's 6000 pounds.... Seeing the Pioneer inherited this load capacity from the BR there is no dough that it will be able to haul whatever you ask it too.
Like the video says. "needs no low gear."

Towing capacity is just a number, most times the machine is more capable than rated. I wish the 700 had a low range, that would make it perfect in my opinion.
