Winch suggestions

Just purchased a 2021 Honda talon 1000x. Honda dealer is saying I need to replace the bumper and all that for the Honda winch to work. Any suggestions on what the best winch setup is? Do I need to replace bumper? Thanks

This should help you. I installed a winch with the warn winch mount and warn winch and kept the stock bumper.
