Wire splice connectors

Need to remove a squeeze connector I used on a wrong wire in the factory fuse block. Long story involved installing my dash switches. On an older post I saw a splice connector I can’t locate online to purchase. It wasn’t the traditional squeeze type. Was cylindrical. Anyone have an idea???

Thanks. You’ve helped me more than once. My reverse light won’t come on. Just noticed it. Think it may involve the squeeze splice I used.
