It's kinda neat looking but I would not. I'm a pickup person. Not trying to be funny but it makes me think tree hugger, lib , etc. I also think the same stuff when I see a prius or a Nissan leaf.

I've seen a few of these around in New Orleans. They were supposed to be built in LA but never got enough funding to do anything from what I remember. They would be fine to get around in the city, but I think you'd die trying to get on a highway or interstate with one of these things. The black one I saw had aftermarket wheels/tires and some sort of body kit that made it look less like a Cessna with no wings.

When they were first introduced, they had more exposed fenders and the powerplant was a Kawasaki 1000cc motorcycle engine that made 120hp.
I think I could have rocked one 15 miles to work and back on rural 2-lane roads. But now, with half the horsepower and fenders that would absolutely make it impossible to drive in snow... Nope.
I liked the older ones better...

Yep I remember that now. That would explain why the one I saw looked a lot better too. The open fenders are listed as "Retro" and cost extra to add on now.

Yep, If I had a 9 to 5 you bet I'd be trying to save money on gas. I always had a hooptie when I worked for someone else. Drove my truck if it snowed.
