Ohhh...ive got good wood!Just depends on the quality of your wood!
I used 1-1/8" bar stock 1/8" thick. The center piece is 2.25" long with a 5/8" hole for the toggle. The other 2 brackets are about 3" long but need a slope cut in them and a hole for mounting to the brake pedal bracket. Your dimensions will vary slightly as you'll need to find a 1/4-20 bolt for the actual engagement of the pedal and a rubber bushing. I had a 1/2" tall 1/2" round bushing with a 1/4" hole in it so that set my depth.
If you want to keep the blue handle.. you might want to glue it on.. I’ve already lost mine.
Well that’s what I tried to tell you... but nooooo! You wouldn’t listen! You're not supposed to sit on it or yank it really hard
Electronic line locks don't have the duty cycle to be a parking brake
I wonder if the RXUTV Pawltector Parking Brake would work. Alot of the polaris guys running them. Same concept as this.
I'll get on it in a couple weeks once I finish up other projectsI had he pawlector on my 2 rzrs. Worked great and was simple! If someone made something like this for the Honda I would buy it right up.
