I used 1-1/8" bar stock 1/8" thick. The center piece is 2.25" long with a 5/8" hole for the toggle. The other 2 brackets are about 3" long but need a slope cut in them and a hole for mounting to the brake pedal bracket. Your dimensions will vary slightly as you'll need to find a 1/4-20 bolt for the actual engagement of the pedal and a rubber bushing. I had a 1/2" tall 1/2" round bushing with a 1/4" hole in it so that set my depth.

For clarification this is the part you will need to make... I "fixtured" mine with a bolt and magnet for welding but you can do it however you want.

Additionally the toggle is only the part on the left. You will probably want some kind of rubber bushing to engage your brake pedal. Like the one shown on the right. It has a counter sunk through hole which allows a regular Phillips screw to hold it to the toggle.

I used a washer behind the rubber to maintain it's shape. Additionally you can see a 1" OD 5/8" ID washer to space the toggle out and allow the nut to be flush with the end of the treads of the toggle. This may or may not be needed depending on how you set your depth.

Here is a bit of feedback after a couple months of use. This is probably one of my favorite mods so far. It works great on hills,on my trailer for hauling and when towing my trailer.

If you want to keep the blue handle.. you might want to glue it on.. I’ve already lost mine.

You're not supposed to sit on it or yank it really hard
Well that’s what I tried to tell you... but nooooo! You wouldn’t listen!

Naw, I use my feet to flip the lever and it came off at some point and disappeared.

Amazon is out of stock on the plunger clamps but McMaster Carr has a crap load to select from. Even a self adjusting model at 700 lbs for $25. I just might roll with this idea myself...pretty cool.

I had he pawlector on my 2 rzrs. Worked great and was simple! If someone made something like this for the Honda I would buy it right up.

Hay guys! I looked at this a little yesterday. I must have big feet!!! the position of the bracket was in the way when I put my foot on the pedal. I was doing a little thinking on how to come up with a spring release pawl type stop. Or why cant you just drill a hole in the existing bracket and install the lever?
How many are interested in this or @Delton type brackets? ill make up some if you guys want them.

I think you could make something work drilling in the stock pedal bracket but I didn't want to modify mine.

How big are your feet? I haven't had any complaints that mine is in the way
