extended brake lines for portals . found these at advance auto parts. these are more than enough for 4 or 6 inch portal it uses your stock line and just makes it 12 inches longer

1 more thing to do and ill be ready to test them out. but so far heres what i got
the front top bushings didnt match and the tire rod bushings didnt match. just found out today on tire rod bushings. they shipped new upper ball joint bushings to me in 3 business days. rear is very simple to install. took about an hr to do. front takes a little longer as there is hardly any gap for axle to top ball joint. you have to 2 finger the washer and nut on working it up to being seated fully. the brake s have to swap sides to keep bleeder on the top. youll also need 8 -3/8" flat washers to center your brakes to the discs. 4 each side 2 each bolt. 32 mm socket for portal crush nut to stock axle. 1-3/16" socket for axle nut.

i should have front tires on tomorrow to give a side by side comparison but this should give me a 7 inch lift from where i was . 10 inches from stock heightD05140c073de288ed695de4cddd31039Cdbb798efe57275ae6c09350b07f5c33F41976a82e4340ba48a0be7f1ed6f6a4Ea3256ec8964bd00092e59f97a25bcb6Fb609e1f51e55c1f46fa74c8ee6271b7E50d362c2b41d91b07e08d8b78b467a8

well everything is done today but had to do some yard work for my buddy before it got darks so tomorrow doing a few tests for articulation and turning left right and walk around video that ill link along with gps video of top speed. but i wont have any mud videos till next saturday along with a side by side comparison of a 700 on 2 inch lift and 27s vs everything i have which iv also decided to not stack the lift. because the a arms are not parallel. and it already rides with slight negative camber in the rear.

Super ATVs lower arched a arms are adjustable in the rear that would correct camber if you wanted and add ground clearance

will be putting shock pucks on next week sometime when my ball joint comes in to give it a little more turning capability. im about 1/2 steering capacity right now cause of clearance issues. but still turns sharper than a 4 seater polaris279766273253cd38236664c951f853ce278de8ce8f7e991d9753db50627259eb7fe9641b49f02cad8273313397962f79006ca2f6647231a14daba4c9c5fd893e

Looks great how does it feel power wise
feels like im riding on smaller than stock tires. definitely moves alot easier than it did with 27s and gets up to 20 mph without a thought from the pedal now

well i can tell you this they say you need 16s which is the reason i ended up with 32s. but you can fit 14 inch rims on it easy. if id known that id just be running 30s. but ill make due with what i have for now and try to get the steering more clearance. now as far as stout ness i just pulled a 91 yj on 33s off frame holding the brakes and using the winch. if you really want to spin them good in thick mud 30s are ideal all around for the 4 inch portal. if we can get super atv to make forward arched a arms 1.5 inch with 2 inch lift. be perfect set up for 32sbut i cant see going above 32s on the bike if your going to mud ride with it. atleast not with 30% reduction.
