Re: Honda Pioneer 500 Specifications

I would be curious with the 5 speed electric shift what the top end speed is? Hopefully it will hit 50 MPH.

Doubtful... As narrow as it is I'll bet they have it limited for risk management reasons.

Re: Honda Pioneer 500 Specifications

I bought my 700-2 in Hondas first entrance to the UTV market and I am enjoying it more day by day. While the 500 has some features that I like round two for Honda is eehh. That said, I am not in the market for a sport model but I think Honda is on the right path. I also would like to put through the paces. It looks like it might be a fun riding machine albeit maybe a bit slow to be a real sport. The next larger sport model if there is one to come may be the model that peaks my interest. I know that there are a lot of people who want a great sport model from Honda and it may come in the not to far distance.

Would like to see the 680 in that unit. It would make for extra grunt when pulling trailer.

Took mine in for a Street Legal kit. In Wa. State they issue a metal lic. plate This allows you to ride on roads that are 35mph. or less and your legal.
It also depends on the county your riding in. Here in Kitittas County there are tons of forest service roads to ride. All you need are turn signals, horn & 2 mirrors.
Will get it titled as street legal tomorrow at D.M.V.
