$380 usd without account for the stuff I listed /\ and main bearings.

thats Roy I didn’t check with llocal
Dealer but I should
Ron Ayers? Sign up for free account. After you are signed in you may see a discount on some parts and availability. Here’s the order I received from them. After freight and duty it was still cheaper than local dealer.

Ok so went pretty good untill I place the rear cover on, the crank don’t want to rotate… I torqued the flywheel to 80.. there’s the shift shaft and the shaft above the flywheel. The gear to the left has a washer on top. The orientation of the shift to the N in the case just like the manual says. the cases come almost 99% together.. somthing binds the crank when I bolt the rear case up.

Also this gear is meshed fine with the flywheel but the larger one is not spaced away and kinda making some noise, maby because it on its side.

The fine pitch gear is the starter drive gear, double check your assembly order, I'm betting you have a spacer or washer in the wrong spot

Ok yep no washer on the starter reduction shaft between the bearing and gear. It would float it away from the fine gear on the flywheel. I get the case this close and when I rotate the crank the case rises and falls 1mm it’s so close Image

Could the flywheel not be on far enough?dry fitting it I’m sure the flywheel is acting on the case moving up and down like 1 mm when I rotate it. 80ft lbs I lined up
The key. When I took the flywheel off it was a three jaw puller like butter. Hmm tricky

Ok so I took the flywheel off and the bolt I believe is bent becuse every turn it’s fighting the coller. Maby it’s not evenly pressing the flywheel on because without the flywheel on the case sits great.
Threading the bolt in by hand it feels bent. If the bolt’s bent it would cuase the flywheel to deflect each turn and that’s what I’m seeing with the cases together spinning the crank

Sounds like you have a bearing misaligned......not straight in the case, try rotating without the rear cover, something is running wonky
