Wow, those things are awesome! I'm with @ButchersHook though, too bad it's a Polaris.

I wish Honda would step up their game and give us a lot of these cool features.

Looks like some expensive parts to replace.
I would pass on the whole computer thing but some of the system monitoring might be nice

I bet the polaris in the first video that splashed through the creek had to pull off to the side and unscrew that red plastic drain plug to let the water out of the belt housing because it was slipping with the water in it. I had to do that almost every time I went through water with my ranger, so much so the plastic drain plug wore out. I also had to drain it out after I sprayed it off. I really liked the touch screen in the second video it's cool.

I was thinking that AC might be something Honda would be interested to combat the hot seat issue. My cousin just bought a new ford pickup with ac in the seats. That would fix the problem right there. He's wife did say it makes her "behind" feel funny. Her words not mine.

Man! AC in the seats will spoil you! I did not specifically ask for that on my last vehicle purchase, but now that I have it, it's going to be hard to ever go without it.

Now, just need to figure out how to incorporate that into the pioneer

It seems the guys over on the Ranger forums are too excited about the new 1K. "A 1000 engine in the same chassis and drive train". Seems they where hoping for a whole new ground up machine.

Think about it though,if Honda came out with a new 1000 thats was just a 700 with 300 extra cc's we'd probably be pissed too.

Polaris solution: lets put an LCD screen on it, different springs and put an ECM controlled button to cut power for "LOW" half power for "STD" and full power for "Sport". Engines no different other then 100cc's, tranny is still crap and its still a Polaris.

Its just a matter of time before there are backup and side view cameras, park assist, and TPMS on rangers cuz that all they can do.

You can only add so much lipstick to a pig!!

My 2013 Ranger 900 with a full cab had so many leaks I couldn't run it with the cab in the dust. In the snow in freezing weather the cab stayed at 45 degrees from the 200 degree air from the radiator fan leaking into the cab. They must have all the leaks sealed up by now or the A/C won't work very well. The belt drive is a deal breaker for me plus the poor quality parts and assembly. Their warranty sucks too with almost everything being a maintenance item and not covered. Its like Butcher said "You can only add so much lipstick to a pig!!"

By the time you get your new Polaris out of the shop it'll be snowing and you'll wish you had ordered the heater instead. Hey but there's always next summers round of recalls to look forward to

If Honda made a half decent hard cab I'd probably buy ac for it. Since they don't I'll use the 40mph ac built into it lol
