Probably not, likely wouldn't roll into Lake City until noon Wednesday. I haven't locked down my reservations as new owners haven't called me back. 28 hrs with truck and trailer under ideal conditions.

Looking again Lake City is 3 hours further out of the way I am coming in, gonna have to do some deciphering on my trip plans. Can't leave until Monday 9/2.

After really mapping it out and driving 10 hours Monday and Tuesday, I still wouldn't hit Taylor park until noon Wednesday. After that drive will be ready to just relax for an afternoon.

Cool, looks like work will be completed by late summer and not affect those traveling to this ride...........if they stay on schedule.

Dan, these three should be open and ready by September. I'm told there is another pass to the north that allows you to overlook Aspen, but I've not been....

Did you watch the whole video Smitty? 17 deaths on that trail, multiple injuries every year, 150’ cliffs to the river below, and no trees to arrest a roll. You sure you want to attend this ride?

All of you low altitude dwellers that plan on going to Taylor Park keep in mind you won't have to bring as much alcohol as you normally would because if your not used to it you will get a buzz on, fall down and say "I didn't drink that much." and everybody will laugh at you and not with you....the end.

Anyone traveling to Taylor Park via Cottonwood Pass you will see this sign at the top but should be less snow then.
