Any info on the 2019 models floating around yet? Stuck debating on grabbing a leftover 2017 1000 eps or waiting for the 2019's and praying there's a low range and turf mode on a 700.
You and me both buddy. But as @Deluxe700 said, don't hold your breath...... and praying there's a low range and turf mode on a 700.
Thats why I bought the 1000I'd be happy with just a true low range. that's the only thing keeping me from buying a 700 deluxe at this point.
Doesn't bother me much, would have plenty of power for what I need it for. I just live on a hill, and access down to where I need to be is a steep hill. Towing/hauling things downhill with no low range is what I don't like...i'd prefer not to do 12 mph with a load in the bed dodging rocks at the bottom.I would be nice if the Pioneer 700 was a 700 but it's a 675
I agree there...I wouldn't hold my breath for a low range and turf mode on the 700. It's great the way it is, and the price point is right where Honda wants it...Makes sense to leave it alone and just make minor improvements to keep prices where they are..
I agree there...
Welcome to the forum Raptor
I actually think the 700 will be phased out of production... with the 500 and 1000 and a sport model
It does depend on where and how you’re using it. My 700 is wholly unsuitable in the Rockies where I have it, it’s gutless at the elevation and steeps and the lack of low range kills it.I wouldn't hold my breath for a low range and turf mode on the 700. It's great the way it is, and the price point is right where Honda wants it...Makes sense to leave it alone and just make minor improvements to keep prices where they are..
Clutch? Yes, I believe all 18's moving forward have the new update.I’m considering trading it in on a 1000. Has the clutch, water ingestion and seat heat problems been remedied on the 18’s?
Nice! Thank you for that information!!!Clutch? Yes, I believe all 18's moving forward have the new update.
Water ingestion? Mid year 2017 to current should have this update.
Seat heat? Best of my knowledge, all 18's come with it, some mid year 17's.
I would say you are safe trading on an 18. They may not release it to you until the new recall has been performed though. But with a sale on the line, I am sure they will put it at top of the fleet in the dealership.
