No they get 40 person tour busses in back to back. Had 3 busses pull up while there 2 days ago, they are setup for hundreds of people at a time.

They only need to know if a big group is arriving after 6pm as they close at 7pm.

We will be there Thursday through Sunday and are planning on hitting the more difficult stuff! Also any one is welcome to primitive camp at the the land we got. I got it all mowed up this last weekend! It's on Stinking Creek Rd. This is awesome!!!! Thanks for sharing you property.

FYI they have now announced being open 7 day a week starting tomorrow, so you are not limited to TH FR like I initially replied.

TWRA has closed NC Trail #21 Bowling Branch Trail & Road just this week, it was my primary route back East returning from Prison on GPS tracks. Apparently closed due to complaints from families living right beside the trail entrance / exit. RESPECT property owners or we lose access, loud machines 24 hours a day wear thin on locals patience.

TWRA has closed NC Trail #21 Bowling Branch Trail & Road just this week, it was my primary route back East returning from Prison on GPS tracks. Apparently closed due to complaints from families living right beside the trail entrance / exit. RESPECT property owners or we lose access, loud machines 24 hours a day wear thin on locals patience.
