I received a 2022 1000-3 pioneer in June of 2022. The end of June 2024 my OEM fuse panel is trashed. I have never "swamped" my machine. I use it strictly for work. Rain snow and shine. It's shedded every night. I also never washed under the hood compartment. If it needs cleaned there I use air. I have no idea how this much water ended up in a "sealed" component. I've been hunting a reason for a consistently blowing fuse. Finally found it. Pics below show what happens with normal wear and tear.

Problem solved with the blue sea fuse block. I already had this purchased because I was expecting a 2021 model but covid supply chains happened. This fuse panel is way easier to use. No fancy factory connectors required. Just strip the wire back and tighten it down. The Honda audio mount bracket works alright to mount it on.

I had the same issue My dealer replaced mine under warranty without a problem Like you I never swamped it or washed under the hood. No problems with the new one and I have not changed how I use the machine. Were some of the earlier ones faulty?

Mine was missing the pigtail plug for AUX 3&4, if any of the plugs are missing on the top of the fusebox water can enter into the fuse box. A simple drain hole would have avoided the flooding condition you and I both had. For anyone else who has the OEM accessory fuse box I would recommend making sure all pigtail plugs are installed and maybe add a drain hole in the bottom. My replacement fuse box is a year and a half old, my machine always stays outside. I added a drain hole and made sure that all pigtails are installed and have had no issues
