YTX14-BS GEL Battery Replacement for Honda Pioneer 1000 16-18

Will not lie on its side in the second battery location on the P6. It would need to stand upright leaving a gap nearly 3 inches on one side. I'll post some pics of it tomorrow.

Not sure if I'll replace it with something else yet or not.

I can confirm that the box is smaller, as I bought that battery that the 1000-5 folks were liking. It will stand up, but not lay down like it will in the p5s.

My buddy purchased the exact same Mighty Max battery (ML26-12 12V 26AH) for his 2023 1000-6 that I put in my 2021 1000-5, and I am 99.99% sure it laid down the same way in his machine as mine.

Try lying it down flat. That battery can do that. Thats what I had to do to mine.

As stated above, it'll lay down in a 1000-5,but not in the 1000-6 crew.

@nitrotmann - Here are the pics of the aforementioned Mighty Max ML26-12 12V 26AH installed as an 2nd/AUX battery in a 1000-6 you asked me for. Also has the True AM isolator, Cole Hersee relay and 12-circuit fuse panel.
