Smart man nomo. Don't see many carrying trauma gear. I keep a full TCCC kit in my truck and hope I never need it.

I carry a EMT response kit with me, granted this trip found out my blood pressure cuff was crap. So I ordered a new one yesterday a doctor friend recommended. I like to be prepared.
