I finally got some new rubber and wheels for my P1000 EPS. Here's what it looks like now after changing the tires a couple days ago.

Tires are EFX Motoclaw 28"x10" on STI HD7 14" radiant red/black wheels. I also installed STI Slasher 1" spacers on the front, and Slasher 1.5" spacers on the rear. Also has the HighLifter 2.5" signature series lift kit that I installed over the summer.

My main concerns when I bought these tires was rubbing on the front fenders, an rubbing on the rear springs. After installing the spacers and with the lift kit the front tires have no trouble reaching full lock in both directions, plenty of clearance. But with the lift kit and the stock 11" wide rear tires the springs were very close to the tire sidewalls. To the point where the tires were rubbing mud off the springs and leaving a clean spot. Changing to the 10" tires all the way around and adding the 1.5" spacers to the rear hub has fixed that nicely.

Here are some before and after pictures.

Also the after picture was taken right after I removed the jack, so they look like they're tipped at a slight angle, but once I drove it around a bit the suspension settled back out and everything lines up nicely.
