I would be. Can you cover everything with a half sheet? Is UHMW better than 1/4" aluminum?

UHMW slides better, much quieter and pretty much indestructible and does not deform like aluminum.

I dont have half , since I practiced a bit and I cut out full body skid plate with covering driver/passenger sides, tank, I have left a bit more 1/4 of plate, it might be sufficient for just duplicate of factory skid plate, I need to check at the shop sometimes this week.

If you ok to cover area what factory skid plate/aluminum honda plate cover then I can check and cut you plates and even make recessed holes, since I have all tools and experience and ship it to you.

Once more thing it is 3/8" more then you ever need to protect your P500

Well, I'm seriously expressing my appreciation for your generosity to sell me your left overs, but if it's not enough to cover the entire belly like you did, then it would defeat the purpose if I still have to buy a whole sheet. So I suppose it wouldn't be of any utility for me, unless perhaps a new sheet and your left overs would cover the belly of two P-500's. My buddy has one too, and then there would be an advantage to purchasing your extras. Tell you what, don't make any special effort, but next time you're near it, throw a tape on it and post the measurements along with what you want for them, and in the meantime, I'll get with my buddy and inquire of his interest, ok? I'm a little lost on the benefit of doing this myself vs buying other than I can us leftovers for aarm guards and wheel wells. For 310 plus $98 shipping i think the $100 more to have all cut and routed etc would be worth it.

Sorry, no go, saw it today and I cut out rear plate from this left over sheet when had to redo it and this would not work for central plate with drive/passenger sides overlap , only for oem plate replacement. It 48" by 55.5".

Basically if you buy 4x10' sheet , you will get full skid plate (3 parts) and another main central plate out of it.

Just wondering if I could leave the OEM, and cover the areas under the driver and passenger floorboards with your remnants. That's what I'm most concerned about. I've already broken the plastic keepers that hold the floor panel in on drivers side, lol.

I would not leave OEM , if you started to brake things than you need protection. This remnant will work for ATV or supplement another 4x10 ' sheet to make two skid plates if you have another P500 owner or similar

48" by 55.5" with 16" square cut out of it. I will pm you. Not sure what shipping to you, but if you know what sizes peaces you need I can cut it and reduce shipping dimensions.
