1992 250X fourtax (still my wheelie toy)
2004 Honda Rubicon 500
2014 Pioneer 700 (sold)

I got a 07 Foreman. Imo the 300 is the all time best ATV ever made bar none. When/if Honda ever goes back to OHC, I'll buy a new one.

Dad had Honda 3-wheelers growing up.
110 and a 185. The 185 he use to race. He said it really made the guys that were sponsored by Honda with all the riding gear mad when a country boy off the farm wearing wranglers and redwing boots would almost always beat them.

When I was old enough (or when he thought I was) he said we're getting a Honda, because their the best.
I've had:
2000 - Recon 250, Green
2003 - Rancher 350 ES, Green, fulltime 4WD
2007 - Rancher 420 ES, Black, EFI, liquid cooled, selectable 2WD/4WD (one mean machine!!)

I now have:
2016 - Pioneer 1000-3 EPS, White (BADASS Machine!!)

Here is a video that I might get some criticism for and might get some Hell-Yeah's for. But I was young, as we all were.....there are bad noises at the end, but nothing broke. The mean machine is still running strong today for a good friend I sold it too ( & yes, he's seen this video)

I've got an '87 Trx125 that was found in a barn for $50. This little guy didn't run and was in rough shape. It didn't have and airbox, filter, or a key switch. My son and I rebuilt the carb, changed the oil/filter and jumped key switch just to see if we could get it started. I had to clean the spark plug and jam some ether down it's throat. With a cough, it fired up reluctantly and I was able to get an adjustment on the carb.
We rode it around the yard, no air filter, no plastics or good tires. We were happy and decided that this machine was worth taking the next step to make it trail worthy. We put what we had to within reason as this was not a full resto but a way to get my sons into the sport. A few Craigslist parts, some EBay buys, and homemade garbage can fenders, we now have a solid runner and a very reliable wheeler.
This is a thirty year old engine with very little maintenance done, ran hard and put away wet. Someone tried to kill it but failed. I'm glad to give this bike another chance and possibly run another thirty years.
