P500 520 oem winch mount

Is the 500 winch mount the same as the 520? I see different part numbers but they appear the same, also the 500 mount is a lot cheaper.

Man they want a lot for those. You can get a Strong Made bumper for about @200 cheaper an have a great bumper that puts the winch up top and out of mud and water.
