P700 700-4 Deluxe Tires

Getting close to writing a check for a new 700-4 Deluxe. Dealer said he would change over the tires to whatever I wish (if I buy the tires) and sell the OE tires for me. I'm OK with that in fact that's what I did with my existing Rincon. I plan to go with Mud Lite's II 27X9-12 on the front and 27X12-12 on the rear.

I've found conflicting data on the width of Deluxe OE wheels. Will these work without lifting or spacers, or wider wheels?

Yes they will work I was going to put my 27s on my deluxe wheels but at last minute changed my mind so l would have 2 complete sets. Just went with an after market wheel with them.

So how about 27X10-12 on the front.

I don't know about on the stock wills I went with 9 wide on front but I have room for tens. I have 5+2 offset aftermarket wheel. It should work for you . I saw a guy with 10s on a deluxe wheel and he had no problems.

I'm still shopping for a new 700-4 Deluxe. When talking to the dealers, I'm requesting a tire change before it leaves the showroom.
I definitely want mud lites as they served me well on my Rincon. The Rincon has 27x10-12 fronts and 27x12-12 on the rear so a tire swap from the Rincon might save me a $ or two. If they will work.

I have about 5 inches between tire and inside of fender you should be fine
