The Install
.
"My Cheap Doors" worked well, but for $72 I couldn't pass it up.
.
I watched a few YouTube video installs of other makes and model, just to get an idea of how they did it. The install instructions are fairly understandable, if you can read it. If not, go to their website and download it.
I DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS all the way through. I will explain below.
.
I loosened the roof clamps on the side I was working on, and jacked it up.

.
I wiped off the upper velcro locations with a clean rag, and then an alcohol pad.
No, they do not come with the kit, but you want it clean.
Front upper velcro install.

Rear upper velcro install

.
Here the instructions say to install the 8" below, I did not.
I hung the door on the 2 velcros that I did attach, and worked my way down strapping the door straps around the frame tube as I went. Here again, I did not go by the instructions. They say to add the 3" velcro to the tube and then wrap the door straps around. I did not velcro to the tube, I just wrapped the strap to itself.
When all straps were wrapped in place, then I positioned the lower 8" velcro.

Follow the instructions for the door snaps, it worked well.

Magnets hold the back to the frame tube.

I guess this winter will tell me how good they are.
