Can someone help me with my 814s my rear springs. Trying to get to 18.5 eye to eye but I’m almost 3/4 up on tightening the shock and don’t know if that’s normal. Have super atv offset arms and 28” tires. To me it just doesn’t seem right
Do you know what spring rate you have? Are you 1000-3 or 1000-5? How much weight do you have in the machine static?

I just went out and looked at mine and they’re about half way. You probably don’t have to get all of the way to 18-1/2”. After it settles a bit 18” is fine. You’ll probably find that the springs that 814 sends are too heavy. I have changed to 350# on the rear and 300# on the fronts and am thinking of going even lighter like 300# rear and 275# front. I’ve had mine installed for a couple of years now and have no complaints.

Okay I going to to send a couple pictures and let me know what you think. Easily have the springs around 5” from top of rebound knob to bottom of the spammer nut. From there I’m at 19” eye to eye

@Jaked2694, I went out to get some measurements on mine (P1k5) this morning. I set up my 814 3ways a couple of years ago and have since added a spare tire rack to the rear and along with the normal stuff I carry around in the bed it’s probably 200 pounds total. My rear shocks measure 18” eye to eye with the 814 supplied 350# 12” long springs. Distance from top of adjustment knobs to bottom of spring is 4”. The front is 18-1/4” eye to eye with 300# 14” Eibach springs. Distance from top of adjustment knobs to bottom of springs is 3”. If you are running the limit straps supplied by 814, they are only 19” eye to eye, so if you have your springs cranked up to 19” eye to eye there will be no down travel for your shocks. If you are not running the limit straps, you’re running the risk of over stressing your CV joints. If I remember from a previous post, the original stock deluxe shocks are fully extended at 20”. The 814’s will stretch out to 21 or 22 inches without the limit straps. I’m adding a photo from the rear of the right rear shock. The original spring length of 12” is now compressed to 9-1/8”

Your photos just showed up. If you run them like that, you’ll hate the ride as there will be no rebound or droop in your suspension. You could have saved a lot of money by just installing some steel bar stock in place of the shocks.
You sure don't mix words! HA!
