Been playing around with the 3D printer the last few days and made a bed extension for the 1000-5. I printed the connectors with PLA and used 1/2" EMT. Hasn't been tested on a trailride yet but seems plenty sturdy. Going to print some more tiedown points and add them. I installed the KFI tailgate leveler and may change the rear turnbuckles to the remaining hole on them instead of the latch. I welcome any input or other ideas to improve. I've found the people on this forum are much more clever than me.

Very cool, im jealous, so did you also make the design to print the parts? Id have no idea how to make the designs, printing one from an existing design from what I read looks pretty easy but making the design ugh.

I actually found the files on thingiverse then scaled them in cura to fit the 1/2"emt. They were designed to fit 3/4". Just look under emt fittings. Some of them didn't exist, so I took them into tinkercad and I did make the corners with the verticals, the crosses and also changed the tees to make them through tees. I found the tiedown points while looking for searching for "Honda Pioneer". I would give the files to anyone wanting to make one for themselves
