Really like to see some pics of that plastic wishing you do. I just tried the other day with a soldering iron and got mixed results. I imagine it would work well if you had the correct filler to use.

yeah,a hot gas plastic welder is a whole different animal,although it does come with a small hand held iron to smooth out the seams.it's literally the same thing/size as a welder.no pics,i'm off work till after summer at least..

Put some JB weld on the fender flare today. We will see how long it will last

Well JB weld lasted 2.5 days. I done a tail spin to get on another trail and hit a little tree and broke it off again😂 Put some more on it maybe it will last.

I'm really thinking about one I got my freind to build my some tree kickers he hasn't had time to build the mounting brackets thought

I told him I demand him to finish them so I can see them mounted 😂 but he has a lot to do so I will take it easy on him

You will need to make sure they use nitrogen on the colored plastic. The welds won't stick if not.

You might try some abs adhesive like plumbers use on plastic pipe.

I busted my fender I was wondering if there was any way I could fix it? It came on the pioneer when I bought it really don't want to buy a new one.

When they put wheel tubs in my Coronet they used "panel bond". Newer cars use a lot of it instead of spot welding.

So JB weld Does not work well for me. I was clearing a trail and it broke off again 🤣 so I done what @BWAF said, zip tie stitching
