Really like to see some pics of that plastic wishing you do. I just tried the other day with a soldering iron and got mixed results. yeah,a hot gas plastic welder is a whole different animal,although it does come with a small hand held iron to smooth out the seams.it's literally the same thing/size as a welder.no pics,i'm off work till after summer at least..Really like to see some pics of that plastic wishing you do. Those look pretty good. Tell him the club demands he finishes the brackets so we can see it mounted!
You will need to make sure they use nitrogen on the colored plastic. The welds won't stick if not.Thanks
When they put wheel tubs in my Coronet they used "panel bond". Newer cars use a lot of it instead of spot welding.I busted my fender I was wondering if there was any way I could fix it? It came on the pioneer when I bought it really don't want to buy a new one.
