Update on the new samsung phone I found on the trail. I got home and charged it then went to call history and called the number that that phoned called the most. It was his girlfriends cousin. He gave me the address and I am about to go to the ups store and send it to them.

Thanks to @Delton for his help to get me home. My belt tensioner gave out and wouldn't keep enough pressure to spin the fan and alternator.
A little duck tape,baling wire and a ratchet strap got me 379 miles home

The clean up wasn't nearly as fun as getting it dirty was.

Talk to me about these radios. I had a pci radio in my Rzr and I know how it worked. Does this cross over channels with pci or rugged? CB? Looks like a good deal but I don't want a radio that none of my friends have and can only use once or twice a year when I hang out with you Yahoo!'s.

All of us that had the radios the other day, we didn't know much about them. It should work fine with other brands as long as you put in a six digit frequency that matches. I doubt they would work with a cb. @CumminsPusher will have a better idea of what they can do. I wish I could be more help.

You can't do cb but it'll get marine channels. I've found them as low as about 25 so even if only occasional use not too bad. Get two they're really durable hand one off.
