are you talking about the other mountain we went up on the other side of widow maker?I had fun on that really steep hill we went up last time at RRB. You know the one where you have to turn your wheels toward a big drop off to get around that tree We've rode over on the PCB side multiple times, not sure how we never saw that part until this past time Lol.
So under normal conditions- how long would it take to make the round trip from RRB to Dragons Back and widowmaker and back?
Yeah picture in no way does it justice. Right before this. X3-4 and razr 4 couldn't make it. We aint got a prayer. Long wheelbase is good sometimes
Yep that super steep hill that I'd never seen!are you talking about the other mountain we went up on the other side of widow maker?
So true. Dragons back seemed fairly difficult the first couple of times. Now our whole group just rolls right through it... I wouldn't mind coming in the other side and going up Widow Maker. So far I've only went down which isn't bad at all with a skid plate. Going up doesn't look terrible but I can think of a couple of parts that would take some thought.also depends on how many times your been up and down it as a group...first time we went it seemed like forever. now we done it so much no one even gets out to watch lol.
That seemed a lot more sketch the more i thought about it. at the time it wasn't bad then on the way home i kept thinking that was a terrible idea.Yep that super steep hill that I'd never seen!
I thought it was a pretty Bad A trail. I want to do it again Lol. I can never get a true opinion of a trail until I've been on it at least twiceThat seemed a lot more sketch the more i thought about it. at the time it wasn't bad then on the way home i kept thinking that was a terrible idea.
The section after widowmaker is worse. So true. Dragons back seemed fairly difficult the first couple of times. Now our whole group just rolls right through it... Yeah.. I’d like a way around that. It’s not hard just hard on your s***!I

I agree there are some difficult parts down the trail from widowmaker. I like it... So far that track is definitely one of my favorites.I

Lets take a morning with a small group and really pick our way through that trail. Really take our time and climb it, instead of hurrying to just get through it.Yeah.. I’d like a way around that. It’s not hard just hard on your s***!
I agree... Also most breakage is caused by pushing the machine beyond the limits speed-wise. IMO that goes with just about any machine. If you take it slow, plan your lines, and don't rush your chance of breaking something goes way down. To date everything I've broke came from going too fast or getting careless.Lets take a morning with a small group and really pick our way through that trail. I'm not a Tackett Creek expert, more like a combat veteran. Went with a dozen RZR XP1000 that just knew the P1K wouldn't make it 2 miles. All in we covered 42 miles of extreme terrain in 12 hours, my purple heart qualifying injuries included; leftfront & right rear CV joint broken, bent lower left A-arm, bent rear right roll cage, smoked my clutch, but.... I still drove it back with 1 wheel drive, never rolled it, and only held them up 10 min to winch out of a POTUS defined "s***hole" that 1 wheel drive couldn't handle.Do we have any experts on Tackett Creek area? id like to ride some of that, havent ever been.

Tackett Creek pictures.... last 2 pics, our group leader, Dan retired fabrication engineer and self built exoskeleton on his RZR, just bounced off barrel size rocks like nothing.
