P1000 Clutch relearning

Let’s say there is nothing wrong with your shifting. Do you guys still do a relearn once in a while? Will it hurt anything to do it? Will I get 50 extra horsepower? Thanx.

We do clutch relearn every service, it's the equivalent to adjusting clutch lever freeplay on a manual shifting atv or motorcycle.

I do mine when i feel its creeping to much plus 49 hp.

You know they detune the red ones by 51hp. So really you are just getting back what you didnt have.

Must be that new math being taught. The old (right math) 78-51=27. Then add the 50 you say he will get brings it to 77. Now that seems about right for the red

Everyone knows a standard P1K comes with 78 (base) HP, the Red ones come with an extra 10 HP from the get go and that's after HONDA takes out them 50 HP at the factory......they have to detune them, it's a liability thing 🙄. So, undue the factory detune, throw in a few stickers and voilá.....back to 120 HP 😉😎 RITFC!!🤘

No one mentioned the 46 hp exhaust tip mod. It’s on the list 100%.
