Any body with a service manual read on any procedure on how to burp the coolent system after refilling when empty. With the coolant lines going down through the floor im scared for air tobe traped in the engine since it its up higher

So there is a bleed bolt on the thermostat housing up on the side of the head. Stock system takes 3.4 quarts of blue coolant. Honda wants $14 a quart. But autoparts store sells blue honda rated silocate free by the gal for$16

Fcdee3d88b890fe964381d8525d9c77d the blue painted bolt right next to the coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing is your bleed screw. Im having to do all of this because im installing a heater, and just because over heating aluminum engine scares the bajesus out of me i also took my upper coolant line lose from my heater core and got a lot of air bubbles from it also

Took this as i qas bleeding air from the rad. It is the coolent inlet to my heater plumbed inline through the oil cooler line as honda recomends when installing their heater. The thermostat was at 140 at that time. So 40 deg difference should be perfect for our new year eve hangover run.

Can anyone provide more explicit instruction on how to get to this blue bolt. Broken down overheating on trail and peeling back covers - an hour in and so far nothing looks like this pic. Wondering how far I need to tear this thing down.
