Just wondering if anyone has or know the degrees before a P1000 will lay on it's side? I have been in some sketchy places so far and been lucky every time. I purchased a dash mounted clinometer to keep track of pitch and roll degrees but if no one knows I guess I will figure it out eventually.

There are quite a few variables that would affect that.

Definitely a "try it...... you'll like it" - I mean you'll find out!

Depends a lot on speed, people in vehicle and positions other weight in vehicle, etc.

Have fun!

HAHA good quality answers fellas I will let you know when mine does it and i know I have already seen 45 and it was an oh s*** moment. I know the different variables involved I was talking just creeping/sitting on the side of a hill trying to get around a tree or something.

I think @drfubar had gps data as well on videos he posted on here, he hit tipping point at about 30 degrees as well if I remember correctly. His post was about tipping and had inclometer in HUD on videos.

What clinometer did you purchase?

I saw 36 for a sec at RRB on our videos, Two adults in front cooler in back. It really depends on rig, load suspension, lift, cut roof, weight, shocks, width, speed even the softness of terrain... really impossible to come up with a accurate number imo

I had 42* on camera last time I rode at rush springs. @Ragnar406 was behind us on the “long and nasty” trail. Wish I had the camera rolling when I almost did flip it. It was sketchy for sure.
