Monday morning and back to work. Finally decided on how to make rear removable. The stock system worked good so I'm sticking with that principle. Was going to use a sleeve between tubes but it'd be too hard getting it off. Pic time...

I tacked the crap out of it before removing so hopefully the heat won't pull it all out of shape.

Dang I thought mig welding was hot lol. Tig will burn you before you even know you're burnt lol. It's like the heat is everywhere lol. Alright y'all shut up and let me get back to work! (Sorry, not the forum y'all, the multi-person conversation in my head).

Well it bolted back up. Easier than factory cage actually. So I guess it's a win.

Removable shoulder bar for rear harnesses.

Said piss on welding nuts to mount the door nets. When wife wants her net I'll buckle it at bottom and use zip ties to mount the top. We hardly ever use them anyways. Headrests will be finished up soon as I get kids from school.

Got delayed by guy giving us an estimate to fix storm damage. He started in bragging on his brothers RZR. All I could do to keep my mouth shut.

I know right! Big stuff is done. Still needs some corners rounded and some cosmetic touchups. But structurally it's done.

Love the bender! Course it's the only model I've ever used so nothing to compare it to lol. Smooth bends, easy operation.
